Great Clips

Love this great clips. All the staff are great but Melaina has cut my 3 boys hair several times and recently handled a sticker in the hair situation beautifully. They're all great with kids and it's a fun and energetic salon.

Melissa is who I always have cut my hair at this location. I've been coming here for years. I moved to the other side of town, but it is worth the drive for me to have my hair cut by a very friendly, and professional stylist who always does an amazing job! The salon is always clean and with online check in the wait is minimal.

Easy on line check in with an immediate greeting when I arrived. Then, I was fortunate to have the same stylist who provided the perfect cut the last time I was at the salon. And, once again she made me look better when I left than I had looked when I arrived.

Great Clips was a LIFESAVER today! I normally get my hair done at the salon at Walmart but they were booked out until about 2p and I was in a time crunch so that wasn't feasible. I called Great Clips to see if I'd be able to be fit in today, and that we're able to confirm and then directed me to checking in online—which was fast and easy! I had a very short wait despite how busy it was when I first walked in, and Melissa was absolutely amazing! She styled my hair for my brother-in-law's wedding today and made me feel absolutely beautiful! Everyone was so friendly and happy to help—I truly think I found my new favorite salon!

I have never been so disrespected or had someone be so rude to veterans as the manager of this great clips was. Not only was in incredibly inappropriate for her to be making rude comments about how they weren't tipping on their services but went as far as to shout that she wouldn't be doing the event the following year because not enough veterans were tipping on their services. When I went back for a refund for my hair that was butchered by the manager she threatened to hit me and told me she didn't do refunds. I was not rude in anyway. I mearly asked for a refund since I had to go somewhere else for my hair to be fixed. That was when she threatened me to get out of her store and she didn't do refunds. I was a regular customer here since the place opened on Buffalo rd and my entire family
