Great Clips

I've been getting my haircut here for years but this is the year of "Jazz"! Fantastic guy, great cutter, an artist who pays close attention to detail. Great personality. When going to Windsor Great Clips, call ahead and ask if he's working that day, you will NEVER walk away disappointed.

I have been to Great Clips several times, always a good cut and friendly haircutters. Some people don't like the reservation system, but it works fine for me, just be aware that wait times can change. The service is quick and efficient and always at a decent level of quality.... I haven't ever walked out thinking "that was a new hair stylist", never had an issue with a "bad" haircut.

Darlene does a great job. I have had her cut my hair twice and her work is comparable for a stylist at a higher end salon. I go to her when I do not have time to make an appointment (which is 99.99999% of the time). I always tell her what I am insecure about with my hair and she makes me feel great afterwards with her work. Highly recommend her!

On 2/6/26 evening, I came in as a walk‑in and was told there was no wait by a lady there, but that turned out to be completely misleading. There were actually 5–6 people already on the schedule ahead of me, which no one mentioned. The stylist knew I was a new customer and still made it seem like I would be taken next, I did not know anything about waiting list as I was new customer. I ended up sitting there unnecessarily until a group of four walked in, and she started taking them first—only then I noticed the waitlist on the screen at the other side of the counter. I ended up walking out. Very disappointing communication and not a good first experience.

Wyn was my stylist. I received an excellent haircut from her. I was very pleased. She has cut my hair numerous times. I also recommend Stacey if she is available. They are both talented and very good to work with..
