Great Clips

I made an appointment at the closest great clips to my house, About 20 minutes away so not awful but definitely used time and gas . We arrived and the hairdresser that greated us had the personality of a cardboard box. No smiles. Seemed annoyed. Maybe having a day? Not sure. All good though. We got my daughters hair done tipped and went home. Her hair finally dried and I was like… no. We called, noted the issue and said we are coming back. First hairdresser never acknowledged us or looked at us as she sat in her chair. Second Lady greeted us and was nice and she cut her hair for the fix. I had to have her cut it a third time because it was still not ok. Pics are after first cut and second cut and third cut in order. After third cut I just said good enough. I don’t know what to say. I had one of the best haircuts I have had in years at this salon today. Rayne is phenomenal! She totally gets wavy hair, and listened to what I asked her to do. She also had great suggestions that made the cut I wanted even better. I have already received compliments on my new look. This was my first time at this store but will definitely not be my last.

I used the app to check in. When I arrived, I was invited to a chair right away. The stylist was very nice. Rather than use the "recipe" from my previous visits, I told her that I wanted to keep it a little long and just to trim my hair. She did a scissor cut in all the right places and really did a fine job. Couldn't be happier with my hair cut. Thanks

Emmy 3 year old definitely needed a haircut so we came here when in town temporarily. There was no wait and we were able to be seen right away. She did his haircut super fast and did a great job! Very nice employees all around. We’d definitely go back!

I came in and saw Michelle. She was very attentive and listened to all my concerns. She took her time and cut my hair exactly the way I wanted it. Her attention to detail made all the difference. I totally recommend seeing her for your haircuts.
