Both of my boys went get there hair cut!! Both gave clear directions on what they wanted. Neither got what they wanted. Never again. They are not skilled enough. We went to another place to fix my youngest. But my oldest had nothing to work with at all. Sad. Cuts were uneven and one of the cuts was supposed to be a fade and clearly they didn’t know what he was talking about. They all need to be retrained.
I got my child’s hair cut here. The lady (Kathy) took maybe 5 minutes to cut her hair. I asked for a short straight cut. Completely uneven! After I combed it out at home I had to trim a few long spots they missed. $17 (plus tip) for not even 5 minutes and I still has to cut it myself? Not ok. Edit. I emailed the company with the email they commented for me to try. I got no response from the local owner. Not shocked since she hires people like this to cut hair.
I came here before closing and they didn’t take me in for a haircut. Cashier was so rude
I love this place. Great folks. Always easy to get an appointment & get in & out quickly.
Mona was the best. Thank you for your great customer service and I’ll be back .
