Karen is really great. She if very knowledgeable and gives a great cut. Shop is clean, got right in, the app works well.

I ordered a hair wash with shampoo and some waves and it was not at all what I expected, they left my hair dirty, besides not even my hair was totally dry when the lady started to do the waves, to make waves you need to pass the dryer and then the iron to make sure that the hair is not all tangled and that's how I stay. It looked like a bird's nest, really horrible service, I had a bad time and it was my birthday, I paid because the lady was kind, I want my refund, I don't recommend this place at all. I paid $51 and my hair was a total disaster, I got home washing and drying it myself, I practically threw $51 in the trash

Karen is a combination of knowledge and consideration. Her knowledge of how to cut my difficult thinning hair with a sense of my concerns, helps me be comfortable while she balances those requirements.

I am so glad they allow online check in. I went on a busy Saturday afternoon (just before school started) and was able to check in nearly an hour before they were available. I showed up and waited for the person to finish getting a haircut in front of me, then it was my turn. I got a good haircut and when I asked her to check my sides she spent a few minutes going over them until they were much better. There was another gentleman receiving a haircut nearby and he was being a little picky about several things and the individual cutting his hair was polite and professional while giving him what he asked for.
