Great Clips

Asked for a fade, starting with a #1 guard. Ended up getting pretty much shaved on the sides and back. Not even at all. Horrible job! I will not be going back to this location at all

I went to this location for first time I’ve been getting my haircuts at great clips from last three years in Columbus, Georgia and it has always been great other than one time that I remember. I just got into the salon and I was the only one at 6:25 PM and the hairstylist named Kayla cut my hairs And it seems like she was in a rush or something. She just didn’t pay attention at all and completely ruined my hair. I will not come back at this location neither I recommend. The one in Bradley Park and the one next to Kohl’s is the best in my opinion.

Fred cut my hair. He did a great job. When you visit, ask for Fred.

I visited Great Clips on Veterans Day and received a free haircut card. I asked an employee if I could use the voucher for my son, and they said I could. Later, I brought my son back within the dates on the voucher for his haircut. However, when it was time to check out, I was told the voucher could not be used for my son. Be cautious and confirm with staff if they will honor your voucher before getting a haircut here, as it seems they may not always honor what was initially communicated. Edit: checked with other Great Clips locations in the area and was informed that I could use the voucher for my son, so it appears this restriction is specific to the Great Clips location on Veterans.

Karen is a rockstar. She took my terribly long unmanaged hair. Looked at the picture I showed that I wanted and bam worked her magic. Total asset to the Great clips team thanks again Karen.
