My grandson and I started going to this location about a year ago and have been very pleased until this past Wednesday 12/10/2025. We (myself +1) checked in online and no one was in the shop when we arrived. Heidi, a stylist, greeted us. She was having trouble navigating the computer system at the shop and was getting frustrated, banging on the Ipad to check us in and retrieve our notes from previous haircuts. Unable to get the notes, she told my grandson to come on back without knowledge of how to cut his hair. He is 13 so he is paying more attention to how he looks but sometimes has issues communicating how he wants his haircut. My niece stated that this store is clean,made her hair Hella soft, no one has a sword. When they give you a haircut it is short but also long and homegirl hooks you up with that dank shampoo you heard... 10/10 would do it again.
