Great Clips

I’ve been going to this Great Clips for several years and usually had decent experiences — until recently. They gave my nine-year-old the worst haircut I’ve ever seen, one that another barber had to completely fix. We decided to give them another chance, thinking we’d just avoid that stylist and move on. When we came back, we were told it would be a 15-minute wait. After sitting there for 45 minutes, they finally said that none of the barbers felt comfortable cutting my son’s hair because one of them “felt picked on” from last time — even though I was polite and just asked someone else to fix the mistake. Instead of being upfront, they let us waste nearly an hour waiting, only to turn us away in the end. It was unprofessional, awkward, and an enormous waste of time. I will not be returni

Did an online check in for a hair trim for my kids. They were able to see them both at the same time. They did a great job with the kids haircuts and was patient with my hovering to see how much I'd like trimmed off. They were quick and efficient with their wash and dry as well.

Great Clips in Auburn has many good hair stylists. I chose Donna, from prior experience with her. She was awesome.

Been going here for a while and it’s very consistent! Never had my cut messed up at all. Out of everyone, Gloria is my favorite! Somehow when she does my usual cut she makes it look even better than anyone else does. Highly recommend!

Had to get my fur cleaned up and Savannah threw me in the chair and made me look good again. Not everyday do you meet a stylist thats real and takes care of you, she did an awesome job and i cannot thank her enough!
