Grand Nail Salon

I thought I had found a nearby salon that did good work, but just three days later my nails began popping off. The first repair was free, which I appreciated, but the second repair cost $5, which I was fine with paying. The issue is that the second repair was poorly done, and Rachel seemed bothered throughout the process. When I asked her to fix the nail since I paid for the repair, she only filed it briefly, told me to “wash your hands,” and then walked to the back. The nail is still lumpy and uneven. I am very particular about my nails, and I’m disappointed with both the quality of work and the level of customer care at this salon. I hope the store can do better in the future.

I came here while my friend was next door for a procedure, I got a gel French pedicure and a full set acrylic stiletto medium length nail set also French manicure. The pedicure nail tech was good but the nail tech that did my hand was rude and too rough. I tend to pick on my nails if they are not completely smooth therefore I make it a practice to check all the nails to make sure they're smooth and ask the nail tech to smooth any not completely smooth. I asked her to buff two of the nails and she was really bothered by that. She was rough the rest of the time.

My service was ok. Rushed pedicure and people who don't know how to properly remove the skin or paint. I took the file and cuticle cutter to fix myself bc it was so sloppy. The Man doing my pedicure asked for the cuticle cutter back, only to make my toe bleed. I left out of there walking with a limp bc my toe was sore, and I could have painted my feet better myself. Gel polish alrwady chipped on my hands, and thats because they ware trying to stretch products. First and Last time there. 40 dollars extra for Gel polish is ridiculous for a manicure and pedicure.

I love Rachel at Grand nail salon. She is the only one I let touch my hands and feet( if she’s free to do both). Always a great experience and she is not only fast but amazing at shaping. She knows how to do my straight square better than anyone I’ve ever been to.

I have been going to Grand Nail Salon for over 12 years! For manicures John is my guy and has been excellent for over 12 years and he is so very kind… for pedicures I have used Terry and Vivian for years and my husband will only see Kim for his pedicure and they are all wonderful and so sweet… we love going to visit them every 3 weeks and the amazing service they provide is top notch, we will never go anywhere else…
