Grace Threading HC

I have been coming here for years and Sonia normally takes care of my eyebrows amazingly. Today I did a walk in with Khatere and she completely ruined my eyebrows. I requested a clean up(which normally keeps the same shape of the eyebrow itself) and she made my thick brows thin and uneven as hell. After working on regrowing my eyebrows for 2 years, now I'm back to square one. The 3 dollar discount you gave me won't fix your mistake.

Sonya was the best!! My eyebrows never looked so good and she took me in as a walk in! This will be my new favorite eyebrow place!!

I realize I am becoming the threading resource but Grace Threading at the HUB in Hillcrest is truly a treasure. No matter who works with me my brows are flawless and leave feeling deeply cared for. The prices are as gentle as you would expect from a local business. I can go on about this place...you try!!

Upset can’t even come close to describing how I feel. I have been coming here for some time and they usually do an ok job. I’ve been letting my eyebrows grow out and decided to clean them up today. BIG mistake! The older lady (i believe her name was Sonia) who did my eyebrows made them so THIN, like if we were in the year 2000!! When I said I just wanted to clean them up. On top of that she was very aggressive. She put stuff on my eyebrows afterwards WITHOUT asking first! Making them burn. Needless to say this will be the last time she EVER touches my eyebrows!!!!
