Terrible Expirience! Yes Joy the nail technician there the second she was gluing the tips I said that nail is crooked she refused to fix it she said she would fix it with the acrylic long story short I ended up paying $50 for tips a thin layer of acrylic and regular polish! If you’re looking for acrylic save yourself a trip and don’t go there. I guess if you are looking for a regular manicure and pedicure I guess it’s worth a shot. I was so disappointed I’m not going back again!! And just to top it off as I drying my nails the tech asked me if I was paying tip on my credit card or cash … how rude and unprofessional!

Terrible experience! I got my acrylic nail extension removal here. After soaking my nails in acetone for 40mins, a lady started to forcibly remove my nail extensions that I felt like almost ripping my nails off. Then she used a drill to remove, but the drill were deeply forced to my nail surface that I had to stop her and tell her it really hurt and burnt for several times. After the whole removal is done, I can see that my nails are much thinner and the nail surface were so uneven. Talked to the lady about the problems, and she shrugged with disinterests and went “you’ve done your nails for too many times ofc it hurts”, implying it was my problem. Well ironically enough, it was the absolute FIRST time in my life that I got my nails done, so it’s obvious that her unprofessional nail remova

My manicure and pedicure were both really rushed, it felt like the girl was in a rush to leave for the day or something? Even though it was in the early afternoon. She left nail polish on my fingers, I do a better job painting my own nails at home... And they are totally chipped and look AWFUL after days. And it's been 2 days of doing nothing but relaxing, no housework or anything that would usually cause a manicure to chip. This was my first time having my nails done in a decade and regret doing it at all. I wish it would let me add a picture so you could see how bad they look...
