Barely had to wait on a walk-in, showed a picture and they gave me the best haircut I've ever had. Don't really understand the one stars, the staff was unobtrusive/polite and the prices are amazing for their quality. Probably the best place in Plainview for Asian hair, my experience was so good to the point that I'm pretty sure the one stars are gatekeepers.

Staff was nice however the stylist gave me something very different than what I asked. It seemed like she didn’t really speak English so she may have misunderstood but I asked for 2 inches off and she cut my hair significantly shorter. The cut/style was okay but it just wasn’t at all what I asked for, wouldn’t recommend unless you speak the same language as what the staff speaks.

This is the worst barber shop I've ever been to. Just wash your hair for $30 no cut, no blow dry. they tell me you can go now. I told them to at least blow dry my hair after washed it. And then they didn't talk to me so I blew it for a while because it was so wet and she yelled, "You can't blow it out anymore." Then I paid and left with wet hair. I was shocked. I've never experienced anything so bad like that.

Amazing hair salon. I was struggling to find a hair stylist i can trust. But thank god i found Julie, the owner. She is detailed oriented and knows exactly what i need. She is professional and delivers the best customer service!! 100% recommend to anybody looking for a stylist you can trust! I needed a perm and a haircut and she did exactly what i needed!

Hair cut, excellent I have been going here for years specially Asian hair. Coloring and highlights-stay away, unfortunately she’s not that good with coloring and highlights go elsewhere. Honest review. Julie is a good with haircut and blowout.
