Couple months back, I arrived to my barber appointment quite late due to couple car accidents. I have no control of them but I inform my barber for my tardiness. Instead of understanding he just lashed out on me via text how I wasted his time and money. Even though he was kind enough to take me in, I feel uncomfortable to get my haircut from him. Couple weeks after I tried to make amends on my end and request to have a later appointment to avoid tardiness. All he did was ghosted me. After that I realized that he still hasn’t forgiven me and till this day I will never set foot in this establishment ever again. If that’s how barber treat their customers for being late due to unforeseen events then I don’t want to be part of it.

Made an appointment for noon Sunday. Showed up on time. Shop opened 30 minutes late. Called in. Said come back. Came back. Made me wait another half hour to find out I still wasn't next because it's first come first serve on Sunday. Not what I was told, and I was the first customer there anyway before they opened late. So, I bounced and am writing this. Absolute weak sauce. Horrible customer service.

Folks here were hella nice and everyone seemed to be having a great time. I got a great cut as a walk-in and have no complaints about it. Maybe turn the music from the in-house DJ down a bit, tho? I could barely hear my barber talk!

Been here a few times and always have had extremely slow service. One time I was told to come back at a specific time and still waited an additional 30 minutes after coming back. Haircuts are decent but it's never been worth the wait.
