A very aesthetic store and every staff member was so lovely and friendly. I want to shout out Tyler who was so sweet and helped me find the product I wanted, even sanitized it for me to try. He also walked me through all the fragrances and recommended some based on my preferences. Checkout via iPad was smooth, pickup your order at the window. Would definitely recommend a visit!

Glossier Georgetown was such a nice experience. The place is huge and quiet. The staff is both friendly and helpful. The store has everything available from perfumes to cosmetics; however, it does take a bit longer than expected for you to receive your “order” once you buy items in store. All in all a great experience besides the time wasted waiting for your products.

Pink, Bright, Open space, Vibrant are the characters of this shop. Very inviting. Staff were super kind and friendly. We like the products , transparent ingredients, quality goods, especially like how they displayed the ingredients of what the products were made of. Price is on the high side, but you get what you paid for. There are nearby parking 🅿️ garages for convenience since street parking is extremely difficult to find.

Love me a Glossier store! The store is on the second floor so you have to walk through the airplane-themed first floor to get there (it’s cute, of course). The service was great too and we were greeted and assisted along the entire way. As always, the store setup was clean and very cute and aesthetic. I loved the way it was set up. My only hang up was that the sinks didn’t work so when I tested a cleanser on my hand, I couldn’t wash it off and had to use a towel to wipe it off. Other than that, perfect!

Fun aesthetic, clean store. The layout was very unique, and the employees were really nice. I was helped by Sloane, seemingly nice girl, it appeared that she was newer and didn’t know her products too well. Didn’t seem to be comfortable with shade matching darker skin types and was fumbling with products. Wrote it off as typical clumsiness until she was closer and her breath smelled like tequila. I felt uncomfortable and ended up not buying anything after that interaction. I didn’t know that drinking on the job is allowed at Glossier. I’ll stick to going to Sephora or shopping online.
