I can’t recommend Gloss Hair Studio enough—especially Andrena! She’s absolutely amazing. Every time I leave her chair, my hair looks and feels incredible. She really listens to what I want, gives great suggestions, and somehow makes my hair even better than I imagined. The studio itself has such a welcoming and relaxing vibe, and you can tell everyone there truly cares about their clients. I booked a hair coloring appointment for my two daughters at this salon, and the entire experience was a disaster from start to finish. Our appointment was set for 12:00 PM on a Saturday. At 11:54 AM, the salon called asking to move it to 12:30 PM. I agreed, but the service didn’t actually start until 12:55 PM. The results were shockingly bad (see attached photos), and the way the situation was handled by the owner was equally unacceptable. My mother accompanied my daughters since I couldn’t be there, and afterward the owner told me she “wouldn’t have done the service” if she had known my mom wasn’t their “legal guardian.” Not only was my mom never asked this when she arrived, but she is fully authorized to care for my children. Tyne is absolutely amazing at highlights. She nails the color every single time—perfectly blended, natural, and exactly what I ask for. My hair always looks brighter, healthier, and so well done when I leave her chair. She’s talented, consistent, and genuinely cares about her clients. I trust her completely and wouldn’t go to anyone else!

I’ve been going to Gloss for the past year and have had the pleasure of working with both Nava and Andrena for color and cuts — I couldn’t be more satisfied with how my hair looks each time. They’re very professional, friendly, and wonderful to talk to throughout my usual hour and a half appointment. I’m not the most beauty-savvy — one of my recent goals has been learning how to keep my hair looking great and healthy, and they’ve been so very helpful, knowledgable, and understanding throughout the process. Their work is high quality and worth every penny, and I’m always happy to come back for a refresh and trim (I always appreciate the snacks, too!).

I’ve been getting my hair done with Kaylyn since before she was at this studio and ended up following her here! She is so talented and always nails the vision I bring her.
