Glamour Nails

I’m new to the area and wanted to look for a new place to get my nails done and found this place on Google. I really wanted to like the work they did since the staff was all very friendly, the place was nice and clean but as I got home and observed my nails I noticed so many faults. Some nails were longer than the others, and the french tip was WAY too thick. I originally wanted a design but since she couldn’t do it, I decided to just go with all french but I’m so sad to say how disappointed I am and how many of my friends and family pointed out how botched my nails are. I also got a pedicure and not even a full day, the polish was already chipped. I will leave pictures of what I wanted and what I got below.

I recently moved to the area and this is my neighborhood nail salon. I was able pre-booked a gel pedicure quickly. They did a great job. I selected the Euro pedicure it was very relaxing. He did a great job and I will definitely be coming back here for my next appointment. They have tons of gel colors to choose from, so if you’re indecisive, come early.

Average. Don't appreciate a penalty charge for using credit...at all. Forcing cash tips and payment feels tax dodgy. Dirty surfaces, stained towels etc. Technicians focused on cross chatting or their phone vs focusing on the client they're working on. Pedicures are about the massage so it's nice when that is done well vs not. Overall, nothing special to speak of. I wish it were amazing! I'd enjoy it more often...

Definitely do not recommend. I had been coming here for years and had recommended them to many people, when all of the sudden I called to make an appointment and was told I was “too picky” and they refused to do my nails. Not only did they refuse to do my nails, but they also refused to remove the dip that I had on my nails, from their salon. It was extremely unprofessional and rude and I would not recommend going here unless you don’t care how your nails turn out because apparently you aren’t allowed to have an opinion.

I was here for a regular pedicure with a few friends. I love their massage chair! The place decor is colorful and clean. The staffs are very nice. My friends and I thought they did a great job. I would love to see more nail polish colors on my next visit =)
