Jet Rhys Hair

I hadn’t gotten a haircut in 8 years and decided to try Jet Rhys because I had heard wonderful things and wanted to get my hair cut (and possibly dyed) for college. Indeed, everything about the experience was PERFECT!!! Mai cut my hair and was excellent. She listened to everything I had to say and was very sensitive to my hair preferences—checking with me to make sure the length was correct, etc. My hair looks absolutely beautiful after the cut! The staff was also attentive to my allergies when choosing which hair products to use. I am definitely coming back to dye my hair, too! I can’t recommend Jet Rhys enough!

I just had what is probably the BEST cut I’ve ever had. I have extremely fine and thin hair so my options are very limited and if done wrong, my hair looks terrible. Today, Christina took time to really walk me through her thoughts and executed flawlessly! I am in love with my cut which is something I have never said before. Thank you SO much…I have finally found a hairdresser!!!!

The salon and staff were clean, friendly, and followed CDC Covid guidelines. Mallory cut my hair. I absolutely adore her! My hair is very fine. She understood my hair and had great suggestions. I am so happy - she gave me a great cut! I wish I didn’t live in North Carolina! Will definitely keep her in mind next time I visit!

i’ve gone to the same stylist since i was little (15+ years) and decided to give this place a try after recommended by my boss; i’ll be honest i was nervous to let another person but my hair but decided to give it a go anyways. I walked in and the receptionist was nice, i was put into a robe, way better than the traditional blanket looking thing. Makenna was my stylist and she was super nice despite me not talking the entire appointment, she washed my hair with which care and made me sleepy in the process , conditioned it as well and while trimming it and giving me layers she made my thick heavy hair light and bouncy. Went in so the owner could use me to train a new stylist. All she was supposed to do was touch up my roots. She decided she wanted to give me a new look as a client she did not hear me and how concerned I was with her suggestions I know my hair I know how it responds She completely disregarded it and changed the entire color of my hair. She did what she wanted to do versus what I wanted and needed done. What should have been an hour and a half at the most took 4 hours to correct her color mistake. I think the most frustrating part was she did not listen to me second after she realized what she had done she passed me off to another stylist. They had to color my hair three times to get it right. This was all jet the owners doing this could have been avoided if she had just listened to
