Greg’s been working on me since last year. I wanted knowledgeable competent treatments and that is exactly what I receive from Greg! One of the things I enjoy about Greg is his willingness to answer questions and explain why he is doing what he is doing! I’ve been getting massage for over 40yrs and quite honestly he is the best I’ve ever had. I use him every two weeks and I’m so glad I do! The all around feeling of wellbeing at the conclusion of his massages is priceless! Body mind and soul revived!! highly recommend him!

What I love most about seeing Greg for my massage sessions is that everything is custom to what my body needs on the day of the appointment. We chat about what my concerns are, any pain points, etc and he personalizes the whole session to my needs. He is so knowledgeable in what he does and he also makes me feel comfortable by checking in on the pressure or asking if there’s any pain. Other places can be pretty cookie cutter/one size fits all type of sessions but that’s not Greg’s practice at all! I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a deep tissue massage or anyone that lives an active lifestyle to book a session with Greg. The sports massage focus of the treatment really targets my muscles in a way that other general massages can’t address.

Greg is truly exceptional, especially when it comes to body work. I came in today with serious sciatica pain from a l5S1 fusion I had taken out 3 months ago. My muscles have been locked since the surgery. Gregs’s methods of Massage therapy with addition of cupping got the blood into the scare tissue. Today is the first relief I have felt in Months. Definitely coming back. Thank you Greg!

I train a lot and booked a sports massage at The Art of Qi to deal with ongoing tightness. The session was focused and actually addressed my IT band and piriformis, which made a noticeable difference for recovery. Calm space, not rushed, and I left feeling way better.
