Glam-Up

I still cant find a hair stylist as good as the one I used to have in glam up even after 15yrd!!!! I miss my hair stylist so much, she is a japanese petti lady with black long hair very gentle. she was so good doing inner trimming and always very details checking both side if match. I was introduced by my japanese bestest to go glam 15 yrs ago, and I was so lucky to got assigned by her!!! still so sad I didnt know her name and I still miss the smooth hair cut she did for me and she got my best french style bang ever as well. She never rushed always very serious about each client and very detailed trimming. I used to go visit her from Sac town before I moved to san jose. she was my first hair stylist in bay area back then, and i didnt aware of the tip culture, so couple few times i never kn

Probably one of the worst haircuts I have ever received, I addressed this with Maiko and she had absolutely no interest in fixing the issue at hand. She was dismissive and just walked away. I was extremely clear in what I wanted and even had a reference photo and she ultimately just did whatever she wanted.

I have been visiting Glam Up for over 10 years. The owner and staff are always very friendly and professional. I don't recall have a bad haircut ever and always leave happy with my new hairstyle.

The hair stylist here are very friendly and do a very, very good job. They put a lot of thought and effort into each hairstyle they do. Don't forget to get your parking validated after getting your haircut of you parked in the parking lot. One free hour!

Don't go here, they messed up my straightening perm and refuse to answer any calls/texts regarding a refund. UGH
