The women are horrendous there: not professional, angry, a bit rude from the 1st interaction (I'm not the only one who thinks this.) They rip people off because they think they know better than other stylists. Jamie does Groupon's because her hair color in-ability messes up your hair, so BEWARE. She overcharged a friend, didn't do the job, then threatened my friend with calling the cops even though my friend never yelled at her or said rude things to her!! They have no class there and it shows. You may pay less and get better results by going elsewhere!

Jamie Taylor was very nice and professional when she did my full highlights last weekend (used a groupon). It was difficult to get a hold of her, but texting seemed to work best. She didn't charge me any extra fees (hair just past my shoulders). She knew what to do to get the best results for my hair and did it efficiently. She's a great stylist in my opinion!

Jamie Taylor is probably one of the RUDEST stylists in Gainesville. I came in as a new client, and from the start her customer service and professionalism was terrible. I bought a Groupon and was excited to try a new stylist. I called everyday for two weeks and she never answered... I left messages/ texts everyday and still nothing. Finally several weeks later I finally get a hold of her and she gives me an appointment for almost a month later.
