Confused about this salon I have been coming here and paying for me and two daughters for years. Sometimes $200 +tip for the 3 of us. The new owners have a policy of giving a short neck massage for clients after their services. Somehow, even though I am the payor and tipper (20%) (Today I tipped $8 on a $13 manicure ) I never get the bonus massage. I am sitting here watching others get the service and me NOTHING. Really feeling like a second class citizen. That would not be enough for me to review as it’s a bonus but the actual service…., They ask you to pay before you’re complete and then when you find problems they fix it in a sloppy way. Looks like I have crooked nail beds from the way she pushed the cuticles back. Some nails look days grown out already. And other have edges that are n

I’ve been coming to Gen Y Nails for years, and the experience is always wonderful. All of the ladies here are so kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The salon is spotless, and I always appreciate how carefully they maintain the cleanliness and sterilization of their tools. I absolutely love all the girls—especially Mia, who always goes above and beyond to make sure I leave happy!

My first experience of getting nail extensions with powder and the next day, my nails started stripping didn’t even make it to my birthday. I had to hide my nails the whole time at my birthday party so disappointed. I will not be going back to this place. The clearcoat that they use on top of the nail to make it look shiny is very cheap because it starts stripping the next day. i’m not a person that writes bad reviews about companies, but I was so upset about my nails not lasting for my birthday. After seeing the reviews and being new to the area, I felt obliged to try the services here and I have yet to be disappointed. For the first time in years, I can say I’ve found a nail salon that understands and listens to my requests. I’ve never walked out of here disappointed. I get uv gel and they last about 3 weeks. I would highly recommend!

I just went for the first time and they made a wonderful impression! Everything was clean. My manicurist was very meticulous AND she gave a fantastic neck and back massage. I'm hoping the powder gel holds up well.
