Shelly is hands down the best massage (deep tissue) I’ve ever had. There are no words beyond a top shelf glowing review. I’m going nowhere else after today!

I have been to see Hayley quite number of times now, she is very caring, professional and has a very good feel for what needs to be worked on. More recently I have visited after having symptoms of possible sciatica, and I feel Hayley has been a big help in feeling normal again. She has been effective in both helping with discomfort, and also providing a very relaxing session. Rarely are two appointments the same, as she tailors them to what she feels needs worked on the most. Highly recommended.

She used information from multiple sources to give me the best treatment - my own description of my pain, her expertise in a wide variety of techniques, and what she felt in my body that I couldn’t have explained. Hayley is a very knowledgeable, skillful and dedicated Massage Therapist. She listens to you about your problem areas and correspondigly applies her skills with dedication to lessen your pain and muscle fatigue. You feel you have been rejuvenated after every session, and ready to do more physical activities with your body. I went to see Shelly for neck pain that I've been having for years. I'd tried everything from PT to Chiropractic. And she's the first therapist to make my pain disappear! She took her time, found the trouble areas (including my shoulder) which made my neck feel better than anytime I can remember! So I'm writing this review to share that she is an exceptional masseuse. And I highly recommend seeing her if you've been dealing with any chronic pain. You won't be disappointed!
