Rude and unprofessional!! Booking sites says appt can be canceled within 1 hour before scheduled appt.. I have canceled or rescheduled within and wayyy before this time frame! The reason for canceling shouldn’t have to be discussed! She text on Monday asking if she could reschedule my appt no problem. She text me and ask if I’m attending the appt she had to reschedule I informed her I will reschedule it or cancel. She replies and states I’m “playing with her time” playing with your.. time is if I keep the appt scheduled and don’t cancel. Maybe her English ain’t good enough for her to understand the reply she sent.
