She took the time to explain everything she was doing and tailored the treatment to my skin’s needs. My skin felt so refreshed, smooth, and glowing afterward. We visited this spa for a facial as an anniversary gift, and it was such a wonderful experience. Raquel is incredibly knowledgeable and accommodating. She has a gentle touch, and her service was exceptional. What I appreciated most was how personalized the treatment was. She customized each facial based on our individual skin types and did not give my wife and I the same treatment. That truly shows how much she cares about her clients. She even included additional treatments, like LED light therapy, at no extra charge. It was clear that her priority was making sure we received the best possible care for our skin. The place itself is very relaxing and cozy, and she constantly made sure we were comfortable throughout the session. I would highly recommend her to family and friends.

I was so impressed with my first visit to Fresh Face Spa. Raquel was very welcoming, and the atmosphere was incredibly relaxing. The highlight of my experience was her exceptional service. She was very attentive and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my facial. I especially appreciated how she customized both my husband’s and my treatments based on our individual skin types. After the treatment, I felt completely refreshed. She even included massages in between, which made the experience even more enjoyable. My skin feels soft and looks radiant.
