I had THE MOST disappointing experience at this store. I purchased the Lotus cream online but had allergies on my face and wanted to return it. An Asian lady with glasses named Emily was behind the counter, didn't greet me, kept her head down looking at the computer, and said I could only exchange. I agreed to the exchange but wanted to try other products that were less likely to cause allergies. I showed her the online order email confirmation with the amount, then she wrote down my balance on a piece of paper. She didn't introduce any products, just asked what I wanted to exchange for. I had no idea what to do, so I just chose a popular product in the store, the Black Tea Overnight Mask. She then pointed at the shelf and said, "you can go grab it". I just wanted to congratulate Fresh team. I bought a cream and forgot it in a restaurant inside south coast plaza. Long story short I live in San Diego and couldn’t go back to pick it up. So they went to pick up the cream to the restaurant and shipped it to me. Two days after I received my forgotten cream in this lovely package. Thank you thank you!!

Purchased an expensive Fresh Rose Deep Hydration Face Cream at sfo duty free store. For some reason, the cream peels off when I apply. Sfo duty won’t do anything nor Fresh company. Spoke with the company. They won’t help me since duty free stores are not one of their retailers. I asked them if there’s anything that I need to know so that it doesn’t happen (peeling off) but the customer service was keep repeating non sense statement. They don’t know anything about the product that they’re selling nor not standing behind what they produce? There’s nothing to be done, how ridiculous is this? I wasted money. So disappointing

I have the most amazing shopping experience by phone in this store. Chester made everything possible. I was rushing to get gifts to send to my friends in my country. And Chester introduced me to fresh products. My first time shopping and I know it ALL. Now, I’m a Fresh user because of CHESTER. I shopped Thursday and I shopped again today.
