Framed Salon

I don’t tend to leave reviews but I think today is needed. I went in to lighten up my roots, and get a little bit of a bronde color on the ends. I left with grey hair. I went in to see Lisett, brought her a reference photo from her own instagram as to what I wanted (I will leave photo below). I had been seen by her once before and thought she was a good match, clearly I was wrong. First she double bleached my ends (meaning, she bleached parts of the ends that were already bleached and toned) and then double toned it to the point were my hair turned out grey (photo below). I will say that I didn’t complained at the time because I thought the lighting inside the salon was making it look different and I would like it more when I got home. I have been going to Framed Salon for years and they are the best! Stacey does my cut, color & highlights and I love being able to go to one person for everything. I’m always extremely happy w the outcome and generally just enjoy my time when I’m there. The plants above the shampoo station create the most relaxing, calming, environment - I feel like I could take a nap!

Alex KILLED it with my hair today. I came in wanting a really well blended root melt with blonde balayage and it looks exactly how I wanted. The cut and style also just perfect. So glad I came in today!! She was also so accommodating for my appointment time, so nice and chill. 5/5 recommend. Will definitely be going back.

Stacey and Alexandra are the absolute best! Highly recommend both of them. I go to Alexandra for my haircuts and Stacey for color. They are both so talented, patient and knowledgeable. The salon is so nice and an extra bonus is that they have easy parking in the back. So glad I found this salon and couldn't recommend them both more.

Stacey was great! She is great at what she does, and is super kind and friendly. Definitely going back!
