Focus Nails & Pedicures

Update: consistently do excellent work! The results speak for themselves! NEVER have lifting of the gel or any other issues before returning for a fill, even when I'm gone over a month!! Absolutely cannot recommend highly enough!!! Very pleased with the results. They are busy, and I've been turned away before when trying to do a walk-in. I'd definitely recommend an appt. This is the only place I've found in the area that does quality work so it makes perfect sense they are busy. They really cared about maintaining the health of my nails, and I appreciated that. Prices are pretty standard for the industry.

I came in as a walk in around 10:30am. I don't often get my nails done so I'm very unfamiliar with the process. A gentleman immediately started on my nails and was so kind and the other employees were very kind and talkative with their clients. I Will definitely be back.

Stay away!! I had a 1:00 appointment for a pedicure. I sat for 25 minutes with my feet in water that had gone cold and no start of a pedicure. I dried off my feet to leave. I spoke to the person who checked me in and told him why I was leaving, he said OK and lifted the arm of chair for me to leave. No apology what so ever. I said I don’t understand why I was ignored when I had an appointment and a lady that came in AFTER me was getting a pedicure instead of me. He was silent. But one employee doing a manicure did apologize as I was leaving. I had stopped by twice to make appointment and they were closed both times. Tried calling 3 different times and they finally answered on the 3rd try. Customer Service is nonexistent here.

Please PLEASE be careful going here. I went in yesterday to get a mani and pedi and I had a specific design I wanted for my nails. The guy doing my nails asked if he could take my phone to find the colors and he proceeded to go through my phone and airdrop himself pictures of myself in bikinis, naked, weight loss journey, etc. Please don’t let them have your phone. I am very disappointed and disgusted in his behavior. I did confront him and he initially lied but I said I could see what he sent himself and he didn’t deny it.

I’ve been goin to Focus nails for almost a year now. I have never had hard gel nails before this place, and the growth of my nails, positive atmosphere, and always feeling well taken care of. This place and the staff are amazing. I love Focus!!! (Just a few pictures of some sets)
