Criminal. Hair wasn't sectioned off properly leaving one side longer than the other. The guy didn't even get to the top of my head after expressing that I'd like a little bit off the top and back. The dimensions of my hair are completely off and it looks like 3 different styles mixed together. $45 to walk out of there looking like a complete goober.

My girlfriend attempted to setup appointment for me wothout asking me and was i was charged 100% of his standard fee without ever meeting or seeing this guy. I did not give promission for anyone to charge my credit card. Be careful he charges a lot for missing or changing appointments. This is no way to start a new relationship with a new client. I work with customer service in mind. There is no one to answer the phone to reset up a new appointment when you have no one to answer phones or to deal with clients that you change credit card without there knowledge as a new client that is just wrong. My patients would never come to my door if I did that.

Found a barber (not the proprietor) on Style Seat with a 5star rating. I was stuck in traffic and sent a message that I’d be 10 mins late. It didn’t matter because the barber showed up about 30 mins late. I didn’t make a big deal since he at least sent texts letting me know. This was for a back to school cut. My son didn’t want to say that he didn’t like it. There was no fade but more of a line from bald to full. I told him it needed to be faded and even Ricky offered some advice on how to fix it. The fee listed online was 30 for a kid cut, my son is 13. I was charged $36 plus what I tipped. I hate to post negative reviews for our people and I should’ve just walked in and asked for the person with the longest wait. Ricky Bobby was awesome, did me so right. Gave me the exact beard lineup I wanted and gave it to me for free because I told him I was graduating! Totally didn’t have to do that, absolutely amazing guy. Definitely recommend and will be coming back!
