I had one of the best facials I’ve ever gotten with Iana at Floetouch. It was so relaxing I actually fell asleep for part of it! She has such a calming, sweet energy and the room itself was beautiful and soothing. I especially loved the hand massage and the warm towels on the neck/chest… the whole experience was incredibly relaxing and such a perfect self-care day. Highly recommend

I am not exaggerating when I say I had the best facial of my life at Floetouch with Lana! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel cared for, comfortable, and totally at ease. Her touch is so gentle and intuitive, and she has this calm, grounded energy that instantly relaxes your whole nervous system. The facial was incredible — my skin felt clean, hydrated, and literally glowing afterward. She paid so much attention to detail and customized everything to exactly what my skin needed. I especially loved the lymphatic draining massage that made my face feel SNATCHED after. I’ve never had an esthetician be so thorough while still making the experience feel like a full-body exhale. I had the full 90-minute Ritual Facial with Iana and it was hands down the biggest treat. From start to finish, it felt so luxurious and intentional. I walked out genuinely glowing. My skin looks fresh, hydrated, and brighter than it has in a long time. Iana has such a calming presence. I loved our chats, but she also created such a relaxing atmosphere that I almost fell asleep at one point. It was the perfect balance of connection and total switch-off. Highly recommend Iana for facials!! I went to her yesterday for the first time. The appointment was easy to get. I had a lymphatic facial and I absolutely loved it. I felt very relaxed after and you can see the difference in my face. Definitely will be back! Thank you Iana!
