Suggestion: The lights are a bit to bright, dim the lights a few levels for customer's experience.

I brought my two younger brothers in for haircuts, and it was a great experience overall. Leo cut one of their hair and was extremely patient with the kids. He is very well-spoken, communicates efficiently, and handled everything with true professionalism. Jordan worked on the other haircut and did an excellent job as well—very skilled and professional. I also really liked the interior design of the place; it was clean, modern, and welcoming. We’re very happy with the service and will definitely be back.

Leo is an excellent barber. His attention to detail, his ability to cut and style hair is top notch. I've gotten many haircuts but Leo by far cut it the best.

First Look is hands down the best barbershop experience in downtown Seattle. The space is beautifully designed and has an incredible vibe. Leo was my barber, and he was extremely professional, he went above and beyond my expectations with my head shave. The customer service is a solid ten out of ten, and the prices are easily the best you’ll find downtown. Overall, the experience at First Look is nothing short of exceptional.
