Never again. Average massage place. Completely insensitive and uncoordinated people though. Have been so sick past 2 weeks. Left messages 1-2 days ahead of my appointment time to cancel, to be honest, not to infect my therapist. Instead of a “thank you”, today received a completely insensitive message on my phone in my sick bed, telling me “the therapist don’t want to treat me due to back to back cancellations”. They have to move my next week’s appointment to a different therapist. When I asked, “haven’t the therapist got my messages left with the front desk?” I had been put on hold for 5 minutes. They are not coordinated well. Never going back again.

I have had only good experiences at Feel Wellness. Friendly staff and clean place. More affordable than most massage & spas. Massage therapist Andrea was exceptional and worked on all of my pain areas. I left feeling much better than when I arrived.

I recently visited this spa and had the pleasure of experiencing a 30-minute massage with Diane, and it was absolutely amazing. From start to finish, Diane made me feel incredibly relaxed and comfortable. The 30 minutes flew by, and it honestly felt like I had an hour-long session! Her technique was spot on, and she seemed to intuitively know exactly where I needed the most attention. I left feeling completely rejuvenated and stress-free. Highly recommend this spa and Diane’s services — you won’t be disappointed! Brooklyn, the front desk worker, was SO SWEET as well. Super patient and polite!

Unfortunately I won’t be making an appointment here. I called to inquire if they took no fault insurance for medical massage, to which the receptionist asked if I filled out the paperwork I’m an angry tone. I replied by saying I … didn’t… know… I … had … to …. Fill… out…. Paperwork… yet … then she goes on to say I have to come in and fill it out first. Then they will know it’s legit… that how will they know if I just tell them. I told her I’ve had no fault for nearly 6 months and just saw the doctor but that didn’t matter… this receptionist treated me like I was a scammer. She didn’t even start the process by putting my name and info into the system prior to coming in. I understand how no fault works and how you need to fill out paperwork, however, as a former receptionist, it is imperati

Gina M. was the best massage therapist I’ve been to in years. She was thorough and listened to my issues and concerns. I left feeling relaxed and pleased with my experience. Will definitely return to see Gina again.
