I had a great experience at the Lehi Location. Karla is so nice and very helpful. I made an appointment to do micronedling but I didn't do it because I will go to the lake on the weekend. Karla was so nice to let me have another treatment and I did my eyelashes lift. I am very happy with the results 😃. I will definitely continue doing treatments at this location. Thanks, Karla. 😆

Called multiple times when I realized how tight on time Id be for making it to me appointment. Since my eta was for exactly their grace period I raced across town, more than a 40 minute drive to make it just one minute after their grace period and was turned down by the unhelpful and apathetic employee. Complete waste ot time and gas. If only they could actually answer and return phone calls this situation could of been avoided

The worst service I have ever had. I scheduled a wax appointment and arrived seven minutes late. I apologized and was told that even though I would be paying for a full Brazilian wax I was only going to get a partial wax. I was a little stunned but said okay. I went into the room to undress and while I laid on the bed for the waxer to com in I pulled up the texts I had been sent. No where in the terms or conditions did it say you would only receive partial service for being late. So when the girl came in I told her that I didn’t see it anywhere where it said that I was only going to receive a partial service. She said I could reschedule if I had a problem with it. I told her no, that I leave tomorrow for my vacation which is why I had scheduled this appointment when I had. She said okay we

Had an amazing experience with Shellssey! The atmosphere was relaxing and beautiful, and Shellssey took amazing care of me and my skin. I highly recommend her! Can't wait for my next service!

I went in for a microneedling appointment with Karla (my first time) and it was awesome! Felt very comfortable and she explained everything she was doing, which I loved. I also really liked how she was very thorough explaining the aftercare process (what I should and shouldn’t do) and then followed up with me a few days later to check-in. Loved both the quality of the work done and the customer service! Will definitely be going back :)
