Made an appointment to get braids Friday for Rebeca and she had someone else do my hair. The lady was very rude. My hair is natural and very thick. My braids in the front was neat and the back was raggedy. I told I didn’t like them and she walked out and never came back. I sat there almost 30 mins and for someone to finish my hair and they told me they were closing soon. I wasted 2hours just to get half of my hair done. I left the shop because they did not want to finish my hair. This is the worst shop in DC. I am so sick of business taking our money and not giving customers service. This is my second time coming to Fatou and I’m really shocked at the service. Wanted the jumbo knotless braids for my style $160 Of course when she was done my hair was fine. But the very next morning (Sunday) all of the ends of my hair were out of my braids. I called on Sunday they were closed. Monday, no one answered my call and on Tuesday someone picked up. The first girl who answered was rude because I mistakenly said Sunday.
