⭐️ 1 Star | Poor Quality & Even Worse Customer Service I usually try to leave positive reviews, but my experience here was so disappointing, I had to speak up. I asked for stiletto nails, but the final result looked bulky, lumpy, and uneven. The shape was off and the surface wasn’t smooth—it was clear the job was rushed and lacked attention to detail. I returned the next day to respectfully explain my concerns. Instead of offering a real solution, the owner tried to upsell me on a pedicure before even acknowledging the problem. Then she attempted to send me back to the same tech who originally botched the job, which felt careless and dismissive. I have been going to Fashion Nails for more than 20 years. They are simply the best in the business! It's a nice clean, sanitary and aesthetically pleasing environment. They are professional yet friendly, personable and truly caring. There has been very little staff turnover in all these years, I can actually only think of 2. They've become like family to me and I wouldn't think of going any place else to get my nails done!

This would be my second time, going to this nail salon and I went it wanting square nails. I came multiple different shapes and sizes very far from square! My middle finger was way shorter than the rest of my right hand, and it was crooked and way to wide. My index was way too wide as well, and it looked like duck nails! How did I even get a shape that wasn’t even on option on the demo hand?? I’m disappointed and I don’t think I will be going back. Then the lady who did my nails had the audacity to ask for a tip when I ended up paying $45 dollars for this mess.

Honestly worse experience ever! I went to this place to get my nails done since I had no time to run to my regular lady back in NY. The woman who did my nails rushed it and the salon wasn't even busy! I went here based on reviews and since I only get dip powder on my nails I decided to trust it!!! NEVER AGAIN!! Not only my nails look like chiklets, they're not smooth, the shape is way off and to top it off Within a day one of my nails cracked! I'm never going here again!

I came in from a traumatized nail experience of rudeness, bad filing, lies about what they were putting on my nails up in ft. Lee. A friend recommended but it was about 50 minutes away from me. I bit the bullet and tried to break the cycle I had been in of mediocrity and inflated nail prices. My tech gurus name was Tee. She broke it down gently but kept it 100 as to what was in my nails, the pipe dream they were selling me at my old spot, what she could realistically do. Ended up cutting down to get a fresh shape, then doing GEL material nails that feel sooooo real and are so nice and thin. I had a lot of annoying questions. Tee was really patient.
