Fantastic Sams Cut & Color

The absolute worst place for anything needing done. I have given this location and staff 3 chances now and each time it has been horrendous. This last time I had an appt for 3pm for highlights. It is 3:30pm and I'm still being waiting to be seen. When I walked in the lady said have a seat. Nobody has bothered to say much more. I am absolutely done with this joke of a location. I will never go back there. Such rude staff. I cannot even say how u friendly and rude they are. To the owner or manager: please spare me your sorry because it's not worth my time. I will never refer anyone here either. Even the lady that had the same issue I did asked them why they are so unfriendly and refuse to speak with there customers.

Yesterday early afternoon I had fell witness to a hairstylist verbally abusing one of her clients, A young lady came in who obviously had some mental health issues was ridiculed for not having her hair brushed before her appointment. It’s absurd to believe that as a hairstylist, you can’t have compassion for those who are struggling and give her credit for even coming in to get it done. I do not recommend this location to anyone.

Wanted to shout out to Sonia 😁 I have long hair and she always colored/cut my hair perfectly. Thank you and I will miss you.

If I could give them a minus 100 I would . Dirk totally ruined our hair . He was in too big of hurry to leave for the day. No professional with a conscience does this to peoples hair. Your is hair is supposed to look better after a hair cut than when you walk in not worse ! Either cut hair right or they need to retrain this man who claims the reason he did our hair cuts this way because our bangs were too short. Sad excuse for an hair cut . He did not even let me show him a picture . Sonya the other stylist there told us we have to fix it to make it look better . She pretended to fix our hair .,but did not . It was not her mess to fix . I really would give this place a 5 star! I love Joyce and Olga! But twice,( including today), I was told it takes too long to blow dry my hair. It's is the same person, I dont know her name. I make appointments ahead of time, explaining what I am wanting and when Joyce schedules me with her, she just doesnt have the time. IF I go back, it will only be with Joyce until Olga gets back!
