Fantastic Sams Cut & Color

Martha gave me a beautiful haircut about a week ago. I came in to take my hair to a short length as I was about to have my baby and didn’t want to deal with long hair during labor, got bangs again cause it had been awhile… she asked me a lot of great questions and gave me the best haircut I’ve honestly ever had. I love it, it flows great, is short enough to not tangle, and the bangs look fire no matter where I part them and when my hair gets greasy it looks very alt, which I LOVE. It was the perfect cut to have for labor, super low maintenance. So thank you for that, Martha. I definitely recommend her, she knew exactly what she was doing. I will most certainly be going back the next time I get my haircut. Probably for some color next time too.

Great experience. My daughter and I both had our hair cut. My daughter had Christina. She was very kind and had my kid giggling. I had Alanna. She was very detail oriented, made the experience very comfortable and welcoming. My daughter and I both left very happy with our cuts and experience

Just stay away from Erica!! This was our second visit at FS. Last time my daughter had her hair cut by Frankie, who did a beautiful cut on her, but this time we went to Erica because I assumed that everyone working at FS was capable of doing a great job. However, Erica cuts hair like she ordered a pair of shears off of SHEIN/Amazon and “self taught” and somehow got hired. And unfortunately, my daughter got a butchered haircut and CUTS on her neck thanks to this. I asked her to take 2-3 inches off of her hair that was just past her shoulders, so it would be cute, shorter & out of her mouth. She started brushing the tangles out of her hair and without even confirming the length of the first cut, she chopped her hair right at her ear lobe! We’ve been coming here for a few years and have had great haircuts every time. Yesterday was no exception. Stacey was professional, upbeat and friendly, and she gave me a great cut. I’ll definitely come back next time!

The stylist completely messed up and accidentally shaved a patch off the side of my head. When I asked her what happened she said she didn’t know. I have a wedding on Friday and just wanted a touch up and now I look worse than when I came in. Stylists are friendly and accidents happen but the lack of accountability, is what really bothered me. She didn’t even say sorry, she just acted clueless, no mention of refund or discount and I think a refund for this would have been more than fair.
