Jessica, the massage therapist is amazing. I come to stay with my daughter 1-2 me nths 1-3 times a year and have numerous health issues and greatly miss my PT and massage sessions. I found her and both my daughter and I had massages. Jessica has excellent technique and a perfect moderately deep massage. I even found myself drifting and feeling as if my massage therapist friend was working on me. She communicated as needed when changing areas to ask about pressure. She is genuinely very pleasant and friendly and has a gift. She gives off a nice grounding vibe. I look forward to watching her pick up new techniques, i.e. reflexology or hand massages, and more importantly, I am thrilled to find a massage therapist in Fairbanks that I can frequent when I come to visit my daughter and friends.

I attempted to reschedule my appointment 23 hours before the scheduled time, not cancel it. Despite this, my card was charged 100% of the service cost. The written policy available at the time of booking states that full charges apply to cancellations, no-shows, or late arrivals, but it does not clearly state that rescheduling results in a full charge. When I questioned the charge, I was told the policy had been updated and sent by email in October, but I never received that email and was not shown or asked to agree to an updated policy before being charged. Ultimately, I still attended the appointment and missed work to do so, yet the charge was not reversed and no flexibility or courtesy was offered. I’m sharing this so future clients are aware.

Jazzy gives the most amazing facial. Leaving you relaxed, rejuvenated and glowing. Not to mention her neck, shoulder and scalp massage are heavenly. Clean thoughtful relaxing environment as well!
