Professional experienced barber shop. Staffed by longtime local barbers. I love this place to get cleaned up. I enjoy talking to the barbers about the Gainesville area history. A truly local Gainesville barbershop that has been in the same location for generations. Please support these hard working locals.
I had a great experience and they did an awesome detailed job on my haircut I had done for an 80s/90s costume contest I attended as MC Hammer. Needless to say, I won as a result of F&F's perfect detail on the cut.
I stopped coming to this place 4 years ago after they refused to cut my son’s hair due to him being a “bad kid who doesn’t sit still” knowing he’s a child with autism. P.s - I put this review up before and they removed it.
Fades and Fros has a welcoming, laid back, family friendly atmosphere. Mr Gene is the G.O.A.T!
The men in this place are super welcoming, hospitable, and real men!!! my man was getting his hair cut, I walked in to take him a Smoothie, and the gentleman cutting his hair was so pleasant. He had him looking right too!
