Face Body Spirit is a wonderful place for a massage! Claudia takes the time to check-in with you and understand your issues. Her massages are great and the atmosphere is very relaxing! I have been coming to her for many years and will continue to do so!

I had an AMAZING massage with Claudia! I was experiencing some lower back pain from Pilates classes I have been taking. I can’t beleive in just one session the increase in mobility and pain releiif. I think I have just added monthly massages to my 2024 Self Care routine! Thank you Claudia!

New to Portsmouth, was parked in the plaza for another reason, and noticed Face. Body, (and angry negative spirit). I walked in to check it out and maybe to make an appointment. Big mistake. Was confronted by an aggressive, most unfriendly woman that said I couldn't be there unless I had an appointment. Yet there was no sign outside indicating this. I put the business card back in its holder and left quietly without another word.

Andrea got me in on short notice. She was wonderful, amazing at deep tissue massage and really was able to help my tight muscles relax. She gave me information on stretches to help reduce tightness, and it was overall a wonderful experience.
