The quality of the work done is commendable and I always get compliments! It feels very uncomfortable when they speak their language to each other and they don't talk to or communicate with their customers. The customers sit in the chair and are made to watch shows from Africa. But we give them high dollars. It is almost as if the customers comfort does not matter. They know enough English to take our money but have no regard for how the customer feels... it's almost as if they act like they are superior to us or something. The total customer experience is a big deal.

Took my granddaughter who also cornrows hair very well. They gave her advice on how to do my (short) hair after finishing hers.

My stylist was quick and fabulous. I was a walk in on a Friday afternoon and probably waited 5 minutes before for I sat down. The stylist was gentle with my edges and very neat with the style. I was extremely happy with the results.
