Good service, I really just can't stomach the price. $25 base for eye brow threading. With 15% tip that goes to nearly $30. Way too expensive for a quick sub 5 minute process. I would not have tipped except the lady kept staring me down holding out the card reader I normally go somewhere else in SF (Marina) for threading and at least two different places there are base under $20. The value is really not worth it for me at EZ unless I am on a time crunch

Updating my review! I’m giving 3 stars this time because my service was quite painful. I got my eyebrows done and ended up with several small cuts around the area. I’m a regular here and have always had great experiences with Mamta and Gaeya, but this time someone else did my brows and unfortunately, it wasn’t a good experience.

I've been going here for a couple years now, and have always been happy with the service. But last time I went they didn’t tell me there was another appointment ahead of me, so I had to wait ages :(

they are really great at threading but the prices are a little ridiculous Eyebrows and upper lip is now $35 and then with tip 42

After I waited for 40min with lots of looks to the watch by the lady in white vest and being reminded that they close at 6pm- I now have to find a new saloon bc they left 60% of the hair. After 40 min, another lady came out of one of the rooms and took me, all she did was pause and chat with the other lady and doing broad stroke threads I was very confused what was happening. I’m very disappointed that I spent over 50 min to find somewhere else to get the job finished. I’m very annoyed- they shouldn’t accept walk ins if this is going the treatment we receive
