I went here for my Visia skin analysis and had such a great experience at this clinic. They were professional, kind, friendly and so skilled! Julia greeted me, explained the process, completed my forms, and did my skin analysis. She was so accommodating in every aspect of the process from ensuring that I was comfortable, to patiently waiting until I set up my camera (so I could share the experience on my IG ;)), to opening up the curtains for me for better lights for my camera, to then closing the same curtains she just opened so we could better review my results on the computer screen. That's some REAL patience! She explained each result to me (6 results) on each side of my face (3 sides). So she literally explained 18 results to me -- again, so much patience! First time here & this is my new med spa. I read the reviews left by others and was a little apprehensive at first because they said making the appointment was difficult and that she was rough during the procedure, but I thought she was wonderful! Making the appointment was simple through the website and I appreciated the fact that she was quick and addressed all the areas that needed attention. Office was immaculate and waiting area is comfy. She was easy to talk to and didn't employ any high pressure sales tactics- which is such a turn off. I will be scheduling additional services over summer break. 5/5!

Honestly the worst experience I’ve had while getting Botox, and I’ve been getting it done for 6 years. Never spoke to anyone, only communicated via voicemails before making my appointment because the phone is always turned off. Waited at the door for 5 minutes because it was locked and they had to confirm I wasn’t there for pain management. Waited 30 more minutes in the waiting room when I was the only person in the office. Front desk person didn’t know how to redeem the Groupon. Person who injected me had me select the number of units and placement for Botox from a printed picture rather than analyzing my face. Didn’t give any warning before sticking me with a needle in a location I DID NOT ASK FOR. Aggressive with needles and punctures without warning, and gaslighted me for saying I wasn

I recently had my fourth visit to Exquisite MD spa and once again, it was an incredible experience. Dr. Alicja Steiner provided me with a fantastic face treatment and LED bed session. The spa was immaculately clean, and I was especially impressed by the stunning interior design. Dr. Steiner's attentive and caring approach made me feel truly valued as a patient.
