I have had the pleasure of dealing with Augusta in acquiring my company a new warehouse w/ office. She stayed in contact throughout the process and never once left a question unanswered. She was very attentive and paid attention to our needs as a company! 10/10 recommend every single time!!

I felt treated differently, once my credit was ran, and was told I had a tax warrant that popped up on my credit report. I was told the agency normally doesn't turn any future clients away, but I didn't get that same opportunity. I inquired about a property in Del City, and found out that the property had been rented out to another future tenant. I expressed concerns that I was not given the same opportunity to tour the property, as the other tenant that rented out the house. I was lied to and told that I was given the same opportunity, when in fact, I was not. I did not feel treated equally the same as any future prospective tenant and was black balled before being given an opportunity.

I have to give them 1 star even though I don't want to. The are slum lords. They don't care about there tenants I've been living in my house for 1 year and a half. Ive called them several times to fix my heat problem and my sewer problem and wood rats problem. They sent someone over to supposedly fix some of my issues but he didn't know what he was doing. I'm so dispoimented in these people. I thought they cared about the tenants. Guess not. Don't rent from these people..They are slum lords..

Currently renting from them and I love them, they really do work with you! Also they are a second chance company. They come as soon as the work order is placed. I’m wanting to lease to own or purchase

Nobody in the office answered the phone, unless I last paying rent (due to the Covid-19 pandemic). They do not answer the phone on weekends 😑 not even for emergencies! I loved the location of the house, I rented, the yard looked like sleepyhollow. I paid to have the bushes cut back, had tree limbs trimmed. I didn't get a thank you boo! Oh well so I got out of the lease, due to no job (Covid-19 pandemic). I owe over $3,000. No I do not recommend them
