I love the customer service this store offers. You're greeted the moment you walk through the door. Prices are very reasonable and they always have a great sale. I've been coming here for 13 years and every time you feel welcomed.

The owner makes you feel like a valuable customer x 2 everytime you go to his store.

Staff is good! She is so kind and friendly. Prices are great. They have Ebin products.

This Beauty Supply store is GREAT. For example, manager of store and owner's daughter always greet you as you are entering. They will assist you with a smile. There are several Beauty Supply stores much closer to me, but I enjoy spending my money with stores that don't mind helping you and answering my questions. Well ran store and always clean. 👌😊

3 stars for lack of excellent Customer service. I patronize this store to Support black owned business. When the man is there, he catered to every person that walked in that door, he made sure you was helped even if you didn't ask for it. They have an additional lady now that have been in there since the move, and although they do speak when you enter, they talked to each other instead of making sure that I didn't need any help. I had to listen to their whole loud conversation which includes vulgar language for my entire 20-30 minute shopping experience. I should not be subject to your conversation, it's not my business but they didn't care to stop while customers are shopping nor did they attempt to come and assist with hair. This is now a new norm in the NEW store, I never heard languag
