Excel Nails Salon

Super great experience. My daughter and I got pedicures. She is little, they gave her bubbles, a pillow for her back to reach, were kind the whole time to both of us. Pushed gel but not rudely and accepted the "no". Did not feel talked about in another language. And gave my little girl an awesome experience. Pricey but not more than anyone else these days. If anything a little less so. Clean space. Not cozy small. But not tiny.

I have been going to Excel Nails for many years. For a long time, I just had whoever was available at the time do my pedicures. The last several pedicures I have had a wonderful young man named Ryan exclusively. He is so sweet! He is from Vietnam, speaks Vietnamies, Japanese and English. He is really working on his Englush and wants to engage with his customers. He remembers me by name, my occupation etc, has really taken the time to get to know me. He has the biggest smile and aims so hard to please me and see that I am pampered and relaxed. He has earned my loyalty, trust and business. Thank you Ryan fir your exceptional service, you really do "Excel".....

!!!!!!! PSA: DO NOT GO HERE !!!!!! This is why looking at reviews first is important. I blindly went in with my daughter and niece for manicures 23 days ago. The first 3 pictures are from day 3 after having my nails done and the last one is from TODAY. The man burned me with the e-file so badly, my hand went flying from reflex.instead of apologizing or even acknowledging what he had done, he moves onto doing the most sloppy and half done manicure I’ve ever experienced. I bit my tongue and didn’t complain. My daughter’s nail person was confused and could not understand her. A younger man had to come and explain it to him and was clearly frustrated with the old man, I think it was his son. He was grumpy which made the experience even more uncomfortable for her. absolutely no I came in for a fill today after getting them done previously at another salon, and the lady that was doing my nails completely rushed through all of it and gave me contact dermatitis. My nails are so red. It’s so itchy. She did not cure them long enough them because she was Rushing constantly to get them done. I also asked her to redo the design multiple times. do not recommend

I enjoy going here, been going for a little while now, however I have noticed an increase in the staff having foreign languages conversations, which then leads to pure laughter with multiple customers there during the time,with multiple staff involved in the conversations, however I find it very rude that these conversations are occurring, all staff speak english, customers should not have to wonder if staff is making fun of them while receiving service
