Evie Nails

Gone here before and they did fantastic. Came today and lady didn’t listen like at all rushed every part of it and some of my nails are uneven and crooked and they’re not all the same shape I wanted stiletto they’re chunky and uneven. Paid $80 for crappy nails right before Valentine’s Day. Gonna have to go somewhere else to get them fixed and pay more to get them fixed. Had to stop her multiple times and to get things changed because she wasn’t doing what I asked. I understand it’s the day before Valentine’s Day, but my nails should not have been rushed and I should’ve asked for somebody else.

I’ve been coming here for almost a year, and unfortunately I’ve had several ongoing issues. Most recently, I got my nails done just 4 days ago and the gel polish is already cracked and chipped (photo attached). Before that, I often got dip powder, but it consistently lifted after two weeks, (photo attached) damaged my natural nails, and I noticed they dipped my nails directly into the main container instead of using a separate one, which is a big hygiene concern. There was also a time I was charged $50 for a dip set, even though the price had always been $45. I was told prices had gone up, but there were no updates posted in the salon or online. I absolutely love getting my nails done by Bin at Evie Nails! His creativity is unmatched, and his designs are always stunning and unique. They are amazing! I was looking for a new place and everywhere else I tried just didn’t feel right. This place EXCEEDED my expectations! My nail tech was very nice and even make a suggestion from my usual sparkle to a base color with sparkle on top. Best suggestion ever!! My new favorite design! Also they didn’t overcharge me like other places have.

My sister and I decided to try this nail salon for the first time. We came in on a Saturday shortly after they opened. It was busy which is understandable however, the wait time was ridiculous. We initially waited for 20 minutes at the front and was then moved to the pedicure chairs to sit for about 40 more minutes without any water to soak our feet or anyone talking or looking at us. Multiple people came in after us and were serviced before us. I understand they may have had appointments but it was like 6 different people. When we finally received service for our pedicures, we barely got to soak our feet and were rushed. Our feet were barely touched and scrubbed. I dont even think my cuticles were clipped as needed.
