New to waxing and I wanted to give a shout out to these amazing women. When I first walked in I was greeted by Abby who immediately calmed my nerves and answered all my questions before my appt. Christina was my wax magician. She kept me at ease by being patient and informative during the entire appt and kept me laughing. Asianna is an amazing teacher. She asked if I was comfortable before tagging along for the session. She does an amazing job of providing feedback to the team to make sure everyone is receiving the best service possible. We are now family and I am locked in. I recommend this particular location to everyone💜💜

I have been coming to European Wax Center since September. I have ZERO complaints. The staff is always friendly and helpful. My esthetician, Shayla, is amazing! She makes me feel comfortable during my appt. We talk about a little of everything during my appt for example what new shows are out. I love this EWC location.

Christina is amazing! Thank you for such wonderful service. I've never felt awkward with her or any of the front desk staff. Everyone is friendly and has a great ability to not rush you but be efficient with the services requested. The whole crew should get bonuses 😀

I saw Christina, she was amazing. Very detailed. I didn’t realize I was on the middle of the service due to her engagement in conversation. Will be back to see her in a few weeks.

I've been coming to European Wax Center for a while now, and I can't say enough great things about the staff here — they’re always warm, welcoming, and professional. Kayla, in particular, is amazing! She's not only incredibly skilled at what she does, but also has a way of making you feel totally at ease from the moment you walk in. She’s professional, fun, and genuinely cares about her clients' comfort. I always leave feeling great — and laughing, too! If you're thinking about booking, do yourself a favor and ask for Kayla.
