Heather is the absolute best! For something that gives me a lot of anxiety in a location I’m bashful for she always gets me to laugh and relax and I wouldn’t give up our monthly catch ups for anything always share good stories together during what would usually be an awkward situation for me. I highly recommend her to anyone nervous she’s done my first Brazilian and every appointment since. Love her!

I’ve been a customer of EWC in the capital region for about 5-6 years, and really loved my experiences at the other locations regardless of the specialist. However, given that this location was the only one that had laser hair removal at the time, I started coming here but my experience has not my favorite. I feel I’ve been up charged for the purposes of them trying to sell as many packages as they can versus what is actually needed, I feel I was not informed of all information like not being able to use these packages elsewhere which is different than the wax passes - like that would have changed how many I purchased if I move? And also, what if all the hair is gone in less now I can’t use it for other areas? It’s really disappointing, and don’t get me wrong, I get “buyer beware” that I s

Joyanna was great. Made me feel comfortable and normal despite being super pregnant right now and being at a EWC location I don’t usually go to. Clean center, got me right in as a walking within 30 mins. Thank you!

The ladies that work there are so sweet. I felt comfortable the moment I walked in. The entire building is so clean 👌 I just had my 2nd visit and I plan on making the trip to keep coming back 🙌 Joy does an amazing job :)
