I always have such a great experience with my waxing specialist, Nayeli! She’s incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire appointment. She made me feel completely comfortable and took the time to explain everything, which I really appreciated. The results were amazing, and the whole process was much easier than I expected thanks to their skill and calming presence. Highly recommend!
Ashley Simmons customer service skills are phenomenal. Very thorough. Because of her she realized my profile was missing my bday and she ensured I get my free brows =) I referred both of my sisters=)
Jennifer is the best! I do my best to book with her because of her attention to detail and care she takes in the waxing process. She’s also got great TV show recommendations. Time flies by during the wax thanks to her.
