Aleida was amazing made me feel comfortable and was very knowledgeable on what she was doing! I had a great experience with her. I also loved that she made an effort to talk to me and make conversation while I was nervous it definitely helped me relax more and felt like I was talking to a friend rather than just getting a service.

10/10 Holly is the best waxer to go to! Second time visiting after my first visit she made me feel extremely comfortable! I will be continuing seeing Holly since I bought the wax pass! Holly and Linh do the absolute best, most meticulous and swift service that I've had. I always enjoy the company of the front desk team they are very conversational and kind. I'm a wax pass user on and off over the last 3 years I'm always excited to come to this branch for my appointments!
